Luckiamute Landing State Natural Area is a great location for hiking, canoeing/kayaking, fishing, and sight seeing. The large 915 acre state park is located on a confluence of the Luckiamute, Williamette, and Santiam rivers so water sports abound here and it's a great scenic area. The hiking trail here winds through a expansive meadow and a beautiful hardwood forest.
Luckiamute Landing State Natural Area is about an hour drive from Salem, Eugene or Corvallis. It's under a two-hour drive from Portland, Lincoln City or Newport. The park is located between 99W/Pacific Highway and I-5 N about 5 miles northwest of Albany.
